Postage

Stoneware is remarkably heavy and requires adequate packaging to ensure it arrives in one piece. For this reason, a standard postage and packing charge of £5.95 applies to all orders within the UK, while a supplement of £10.00 applies to all international orders.

Delivery

Orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service.

International parcels are sent by surface mail, unless otherwise agreed. If you would prefer air mail, which does cost considerably more, please email or call to discuss.

As long as the item is in stock, it will be despatched within 2-7 days. If is is temporarily out of stock, it may take between 3-6 weeks to make, but we will endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible, and keep you in touch with its progress.

Returns

Due to the hand made nature of these pieces and the reduction firing process, both glaze and body may alter in colour slightly depending on where they are positioned in the kiln. Whilst each piece cannot be guaranteed to be the same, they will work just as well in sets. This only adds to their rustic charm.

Returns should be sent to Tom Butcher Ceramics within 7 days, using Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service. A replacement or refund will be made when the item is received.

Damaged items should returned to Tom Butcher Ceramics in the original packaging using Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service. A replacement will be sent when the damaged item has been received.
